樊丹丹,博士研究生

温州医科大学生物医学大数据研究所博士。主要从事表观遗传学研究,利用生物信息学和计算生物学方法,采用干湿实验结合的方式,挖掘人类复杂疾病致病基因,并探索其表观调控机制。目前研究方向有:(1)食管鳞癌发生发展过程中的表观遗传异常调控机制研究;(2)DNA调控元件如启动子、增强子、沉默子以及三维基因组在疾病发生过程中的功能研究。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、浙江省自然科学基金等多项科研项目,共发表SCI论文7篇,其中以第一或并列第一作者在Nature Communications,Biefings in Bioinformatic 及 Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science 等权威期刊发表论文3篇。
