包思琪,博士研究生

海南大学信息与通讯工程学院2021级博士

主要从事利用生物信息学技术和实验技术基于多组学数据识别包括眼部肿瘤在内的复杂疾病遗传和表观遗传致病因子和临床标记物。研究生期间共发表SCI收录论文11篇,以第一作者和并列第一作者身份发表SCI论文7篇(中科院一区TOP期刊论文4篇,中科院二区期刊论文3篇),累计影响因子56点。授权中国发明专利2项。荣获浙江省生物信息学会第七届学术年会论文二等奖。研究生期间获得研究生学业奖学金一等奖、硕士研究生国家奖学金、研究生卓越奖学金和高视远望“科研贡献”奖学金。获浙江省优秀硕士毕业生称号;生物信息学TOP1区杂志《Briefings in Bioinformatics》审稿人
